Grayson Long lives in her home state of Oklahoma with husband, small children, and a slew of chickens. As a child, she dreamed of becoming an author, but a fear of failure kept that dream on the shelf for years. At thirty, she finally decided there was no better time to try than now. She wrote her first novel in just three months and has since written four more, squeezing in words during late nights and her toddlers’ nap times.

When she’s not writing, Grayson enjoys iced coffee year-round, starry skies, and days spent at the lake. She also works as a Registered Nurse. Grayson is the author of the Oklahoma Fiction bestselling novels Thinking Out Loud and Playing the Field.
